I know this is in no way the quartet's fault, but when there's choreography like this, the video director should make sure to show all four players at all times. The close-ups just cause us to miss what the rest of the group is doing - and the close-ups often come when the individual in question isn't doing much in the way of playing, anyway. I wish people who film performances like this would let the music and the musicians be the focus, instead of trying to put their own stamp on it. Just be a good documentarian, and we'll all be the better for it.
