Seeing him call his desire to win the Super Bowl against Travis "selfish" while being proud of Travis is the ultimate big brother move. Respect Jason

The person he is what makes ppl love him!!!! Not ALL professional athletes have that!!! Recently a few mths ago, when rumors of Jason possibly retiring, Coach Reid wz asked abt Jason. Andy Reid said, "He was proud of Jason Kelce as NFL player & the athlete he'd became BUT added he wz moreso even prouder 4 the man, husband & father he's become to his daughters!!!

this man's next speech will be in 5 years or so, when he will be inducted to the hall of fame as one of the greatest centers and one of the finest man that this league has ever seen

What a class act. From KC I'm selfishly happy we won that SB, but theres no other person I'd rather lose to than Jason. Absolute legend, but even more important a incredible husband and father. Gonna miss seeing him get down and dirty on Sundays
Tbh, I didn't want to see Jason & Travis have to compete again against each other!!! It was hearty wrenching, being a Chiefs fan, but seeing them lost & particular, Jason's heartbreak 💔 & said later that he didn't want to talk to Travis 2 much after the game & cuz he knew Travis would feel bad 4 him & he didn't want 2 take away from Travis' being celebrating!!! BUT the waay Jason talked about seeing their mom, & how his tears went from sadness to joy for his mom!!!! Of course he cried on their podcast, & Travis as well!!! I'm not sure if I've EVER seen 2 brothers openly cry & make me cry as much as these 2 do!!! 😭😭😭 Their bond is SO special!!!
He still seems to have had more years. Tom Brady played until he was 48 yrs. of age.

This is a sad day in Kansas City as well. Those of us who are Chiefs fans, are also Jason Kelce fans, yes, it was the New Heights pod cast that made us Jason fans, and his deep love for his brother Travis, as well as his mom and dad. and his wife and children. Congratulations Jason, for 13 years of greatness, in five years you will reach that final mountain top, the Pro Football Hall of Fame. God Bless you Jason.
And all of us Chief fans KNOW how much love & respect Travis has 4 his older brother!!!! ALL he did for Trav when he was kicked off the team in College & stripped of his scholarship.
But Jason went up to bat for his brother, & helped Trav stay on the straight & narrow & had him come live w/ him. Andy Reid drafting Travis, was a little leary & asked to speak to Jason. Jason once again vouched 4 younger brother!!! I love how Travis' chose to honor his brother & put Jason's birth yr on his jersey #, 87!!!!
We’ll probably be seeing Travis doing this same thing after next season.

Of course those guts exist in the common person doing everything they can for their family day in and day out. The world would be a better place if showing real emotions became cool in public life.

Philly is a special place, the star athlete is the center of the football team. No other place can say that. I will still proudly wear my #62 jersey to games and everywhere else. My son will definitely grow up hearing stories about the good years during the “Jason Kelce Era”. The Philly Special and Kelce’s parade speech.

I actually don't think he will. The reason is, a part of retiring was about Kylie & their 3 daughters. Coaches see their families less than the players!!! He did say on Shaq's podcast, he would consider coaching a High School team & pouring into those boys, coaching & mentoring.
