Join us as we visit The Ginger Factory - the home of 'Buderim Ginger' - on the Sunshine Coast. After tasting some ginger scones with ginger jam, we take a stroll through the extensive tropical gardens. We make a quick stop at the souvenir shop for some fresh chocolate ginger before walking across the road to 'Nutworks' where we purchase some delicious, fresh macadamia nuts.

View factory processing, chocolate panning and roasting.
Experience tasting macadamias with free sampling on offer.
The outdoor cafe has coffee, cakes, slices and some homemade savoury food.
Chocolate treats and handmade confectionery are made fresh on-site every weekday.

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - what with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Australia and sharing everything our beautiful country has to offer!
