There’s no reason to end it all bro, we all go through hardships in our life but the point of it is to see how you come out of it on the other side, I know times can be tough dude. my dad overdosed 4 yrs ago and then the next year both my grandparents died, it destroyed me I got on eccys and speed for a little while to distract myself but it only caused more damage to myself and the rest of the family, I eventually stopped and started working on myself and just accepted that things like this happen, it sucks that it happened but I also realise other people have it a hell of a lot worse then I do, my uncle overdosed last year and passed aswell but I feel like I didn’t hurt as much because i was still processing everyone else’s passing. I didn’t talk to anyone about my feelings or thoughts and that only made it worse I realised, at least now I come to comments and talk about past troubles and thoughts and feeling with others to try and make them see that life can be shit and its sometimes more often then not but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try and better your life, I’ve recently started working out and trying to eat better because I’ve always been a skinny guy and it’s made me feel a lot better and gave me something to look forward to for 3-4 days of the week, I’m a young guy only 1month away from turning 18 and haven’t had a job yet which I kinda regret but life is feeling alot better then before, it takes time to accept the pain that can be inflicted onto you by life but once you do it’s alot easier to move on, I want you to keep your head up dude and look forward to more things, maybe talk to that mate you lost a connection to awhile back, or start going to a gym 1-3 days a week. Just anything that’ll distract you from the bad thoughts cause I truly do want you to keep going man nobody wants to see you go and I’m sure your family would hurt alot if that happened, promise that you’ll at least try to see life for the better my guy because there’s nothing wrong with trying ❤️ :)
