Mashed is easier on the belly than whole when sick Add the egg for protein when able to hold down soft food a few times because protein will be needed once well. I know you are a mom of three, just suggesting a thought of help.

Total exhaustion, diareah (I know TMI) , coughing, nose, body aches, REALLY weak... It has been SO frustrating. My poor grandkids have had a really hard time with it. They are little too. I've heard there is so much going around and just really bad overall this year especially Norovirus.

It’s not easy, everything Is really expensive, and transportation is important. Who even knows how you pay for your stuff it’s none of anyone’s business. It’s your life, your choices. Plus 3 older kids and a baby …. I don’t even know how parents take care of 2 under 2 while you’re trying your hardest to take care of 3 under 6-7 and a baby. That’s a whole lot of attention, energy, and work. People are so sensitive and quick to judge parenting without understanding or ever knowing what it’s like to deal with more than one child to raise in close age proximity

However it's a very demanding job which requires him to be rested and have a clear mind. A truckers job is very hard physically and mentally. Having and keeping his CDL license is critical. At times he beds in his truck, not a bed of comfort which why when he comes home, I let him rest. Although you're a stay at home mom and yes it is just as demanding, but your home. Rose, you are doing a great job with your family. Nothing will ever be perfect , it's better you have a healthy family than a perfectly clean house . Your kids are so loved and happy! I lived most of my life feeling like I had to be perfect , especially with my house, but I did it because it was how I coped with anxiety and unhappiness. I always felt like I was a people pleaser and forgot all about me. You are so right ! You do you, we are all different. ❤❤
