I have another insider tip if you need more energy. Just watch the "Moxite - energy for real" video. For me it works best when i stand in front of the screen and follow the instruction. And when it is finished i rub my hands again and then rub my whole body. I know that it is an old video and the sound is gone in the middle, but it works just fantastic nevertheless.
