Use following equation : cost of electricity = (import offpeak units x offpeak rate - export offpeak surplus units x X) + (import peak units x peak unit rate) Except for X, all values are available on your bill. Find out X using those.

Net metering only works when the grid is on. Jab apki bijli jati hai to apka sara system band hojata hai even in day time. You cant use solar power unless you have hybrid inverter with net metering
@Wisal Nasir, Whenever power supply is cut off for a maintenance purpose or else then the solar system (inverter & allied devices) automatically cut off export of energy to wapda so that maintenance workers may not be harmed/electrocuted. Till the wapda supply is restored, the energy being produced by our solar system goes waste, it can neither be used by ourselves nor it could be exported to wapda. HOWEVER "HYBRID INVERTER", which is very costly, solve this problem but just to keep functioning our own electrical appliances. Abdul Majid.

I have net meter. I have observed that lesco is showing less export units in my bill. Readings are taken in 30/31 of every month and i am keeping a track of the export units but whenever i get bill i see less exports units by lesco. If this is the case, then lesco is not adjusting the units fairly. If you note the printed bill has pictures of only import units. There is no evidence of export units. Please help me what can i do to get this issue solved. Lesco people will not agree to this allegation. This case should be highlighted to net metering customers a as majority will not be noticing the export readings on the meter and comparing with export readings on the lesco bill.
Not clear enough u never mentioned how will we get our credited payments ? Very important because if we sell out our plot nobody is ready to pay electricity credits. That means all our investment and earnings goes in veins for nothing

On avg 10 kw will produce around 1250 units per month
It easily makes 1200 to 1500 units.
My solar system of 5kw has produced 750 units in May and June '22, despite problem of load-shedding, therefore the production of 10kw be double of it.
550 units look very good output during load shedding days
