Friends, we are talking about national building code part 4 fire and life safety this Part covers the requirements for fire prevention, life safety in relation to fire and fire protection of buildings. The Code specifies construction, occupancy and protection features that are necessary to minimize danger to life and property from fire.

Hello sir
I live Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh.
I have a plot of 290 sq mtr and going to construct 170 sq mtr Ground floor is commercial [ shops ] and the 1 st floor is residential and building to be constructed is of 7 mtr [Building Height] . Will fire safety act as per NBC code will apply on Building? From whom I can get it confirmed legally?
