Sinulog 2023 | Cebu City

The Sinulog-Santo Niño Festival is an annual cultural and religious festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City.
Massive people attended the said event, roads were closed, and we were stuck in a traffic jam for 5 hours. So we decided to reroute to 10,000 roses at Cordova Cebu.
