Great video. And having done more than 200 officials in the USF if anyone asked me I would offer very similar tips. Not that I am close to Ture pace-wise, there is knowing tips and there is also the talent of applying them precisely and consistently. One additional thing that helps me at least with my driving style: on most tracks I move the brake balance back by 1-1.5 % from iRacing's fixed setup's setting. Only if it leads to spinning out when trailbraking especially in corners like Suzuka T1 or Spoon, I would do 0-0.5% back relative to the fixed setup.
