Raspberry buns.
RECIPE for raspberry buns.
120 ml milk.
80g sugar.
5 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
2 chicken eggs.
60g melted butter.
3 g vanilla powder.
3g salt.
Mix everything together.
Sift 460 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Make a hole in the foil with a knife.
The dough rises faster.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
For the filling,
Beat 1 chicken egg.
300 g ricotta cheese or cottage cheese.
80 g sour cream.
40g sugar.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1 teaspoon vanilla powder.
1/2 part beaten chicken egg.
Mix everything well.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough size 36*49 cm.
Place the ricotta cheese filling on the dough.
Mix 100 g frozen raspberries.
1 tablespoon flour.
Mix everything together.
You can use any berries you like.
If you use fresh berries, you don't need to add flour.
Place berries on top of the ricotta cheese filling.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edge of the dough.
Divide the dough into 15 parts.
The dough is very soft.
Dust the bottom of the bun with flour.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Brush the rolls with the remaining beaten egg.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
The buns are ready!

I would use corn starch instead of flour with the raspberries. Wont leave z floyry taste.
