London Luton Airport - Arrivals & Departures (with ATC Comms)

My local airport and heavy on the LCC and bizjet front.
Here's a typical weekday 'early wave' before the place goes largely silent for a few hours....

Where is the best spot to view them?

Hi. This was from the top of the multi storey but there is a viewing area on the opposite side of the runway at one of the crash gates. There is a pretty heigh fence there though.

What is the busiest time at Luton airport and best spotting point?

Luton isn’t generally very busy. Early morning and tea time are best for scheduled flights. Bizjets can arrive/depart any time

I use an airband scanner for ATC

Yes. I use a Uniden XLT125 scanner. Hope this helps
