Dianne pretended like she got pregnant and had us while auntie was in jail, ergo why auntie is always confused about our age. Dianne sends us to see auntie and invites her to thanksgiving so we have *some* relationship with our biological mother while we believe she is our aunt.
I really want to give the aunt character a hug, she just seems to be trying so hard and yet she is continuously being mocked by her family. The roleplays lowkey make me sad but I still love them..
Honestly my heart goes out to this women, she battling her addictions and no one is there for her and keeps sharing her then act as if it's her fault, I know it just a video but the title too, how is she the one spoiling it? Shes just retaliating all the shitty things they're saying and I know that everyone here has been petty once in their lifetime, I really hope addicts aren't truly treated this way

She's not trying to shade drug addicts, if anything, she's just trying to put up positive content and de-dramatize it a bit. Of course, it goes without saying that if you know or have a recovering addict in your family you have to treat them properly, but that wasn't the point of the video
I’ve seen both sides. Sometimes recovering addicts are supported and up-held by their family and other times they’re put down and talked about. Not wanted at family functions. This reminds me of my great aunt. She smoked more than a pack a day and drank even more than that. A few years ago she had a little bit of a cigarette left in her mouth, took a swig of beer and then looked around for her cigarette.. that she swallowed. Another time she was on an oxygen tank and I walked into her room and she was smoking a cigarette beside it.. Just childhood memories lol.
