Remember the keywords to look for in the question area - any words synonymous to tell i.e. what is the policy "informing" us?, what is the email "saying?" or words synonymous to important i.e. what is the main point..., what is the guideline stressing/highlighting or words such as vital, priority...etc. This tells you that this is a main idea question. The first and last sentences are a good area to focus on. But do look at the other sentences relevant to it using the various techniques mentioned by Teacher Tess in the video.
