I am a retired radiographer who critiques bad radiography from all around the world. The Indian subcontinent is the worst, mainly because radiographers don't bother collimating the images. The HSG is one of the worst with the abdomen and femora included in the primary beam. The person conducting the procedure has their hands irradiated and the receive 10 times the scatter radiation dose than a well collimated procedure.
