306 (Runcorn) Sqn have been announced as The Marshall Trophy winners of 2024. The Marshall Trophy is awarded to the most improved squadron in the corps over 3 years. This takes extreme dedication hard work and sustainability to achieve🏆
A big thank you and well done to all the hard-working staff at 306 who have helped this become possible and who have turned a squadron of 12 into one of nearly 100 cadets🫡
Without the amazing staff team, none of this would have been possible. Thanks to them cadets are now experiencing the full cadet experience ✈️
