I am going to chime in here that I have indeed had amazing results on Bella triblends, just as good as anything I printed on 100% cotton. Not so much the 50/50 stuff, but the triblends, great results.
Hi Anudeep! This is different for every machine and blank apparel. You will have to test the right pre-treat depending on the machine you are using and the brand of blanks that you are using!
Have you any results for those of us who print with standard DTG machines rather than super expensive Kornit's. How about results using Image Armor inks and pre treat which are probably the most common non industrial inks.
I’m really confused because it looks like their shirt is getting pretreat and an immediate print. It’s still saturated after printing. How is that possible?

We worked with The Dream Junction in this particular video :) It looks like they use Oval Jet now based on their website!
@dreamjunction didn't share their exact formula with us but mentioned the trick is really just trying lots of combinations. We're tagging them here and maybe they can share more!

Hey there! Hmm.. we don't know about Carhartt, but Bella+Canvas t-shirts are made with the best (and softest) material around.
are you planning to do tear off labels or put labels on the bottom side of t-shirt so then can be easily cut off and rebrand?
We have been doing tear-away labels for the past three years, so almost all of our inventory has been fully transitioned over :)

I've been watching a lot of DTG information, what is the durability of the print?
DTG can be durable if done correctly. However a lot of people who do both say screen printing holds up better after tons of washing
