i created a collection and given public access to dashboard and vpc endpoints for collection. but the users i have added only have the dashboard access not for the others . when it is public anyone could have access the dashboard right??

I followed the same steps and created a collection . But I couldn't access the Opensearch dashboard URL. It is giving an ERROR 404 No web page was found for the web address How can I resolve this?
