When coloring hair remember to do a test strip on hair, 24 hours prior to service and check integrity of the clients hair. Color application is first mid shaft, ends and lastly roots.
Next time, check the color wheel, that way you can add a toner to the color, like orange or red to cancel out the greenish tone. Don't forget about adding lighter, toner & and then color.
Either her hair was previously lightened then covered with black or you used a strong developer is why her hair lifted so quickly. Also, you need to get the hair lighter with the bleach application to get that true blue color. Since it was still yellow and you put blue over it, that's why it went green.
I can see you did the best you could, but in my opinion her hair was WAY too damage for all of them chemicals and silk press and dyes, it not be easy but sometimes you may have to tell your client know that the condition of their hair is not strong enough or suitable for what they want at the time and suggest a more healthier style or treatment, keep practicing and learning hopping and praying 🙏 you get more and more clients and more and more success hoping and praying the best for you, have a wonderful blessed day in our only Lord God and SAVIOR Jesus Christ ❤bye 😊
She haven’t had any heat touch her hair in years but thank you I will keep that in mind and thanks for the advice and comment I really appreciate it ❤️

It’s a cute color she should’ve bought a dark blue or blue black to get the color effect she wants but you did good.
