Enjoy the video because this mug has cost a lot of shooters their sport. He has done more damage to this industry and BASC members than a bag full of Chris Packhams.
This is really informative and gives an insight into the culture and concerns of the sport. I'm a complete outsider and have been introduced to pheasant this season by a local shoot. I've turned to local game as a food source because I'm concerned about intensive farming and want to move away from supermarket meat. The experience has really opened my eyes and given me an appreciation for a misunderstood way of life.

Its clear from other youtube videos the contempt this clown and his close cronies have for the shooting community. This crowd have done more damage this week than Packham and co have done in the past 18 months.
Well presented, good points well made, especially regarding consumption of game as an alternative to chicken, the whole video should be on Countryfile
This week has proven this mans arrogance towards his own BASC members. which i imgine by the end of this week will be a bit less than before their bombshell announcement. And thank you Eley for supporting him. Or was it Him supporting Eley........ Hmmmmmm, I smell a rat!!..... Better not buy Eley products or Join BASC just to make sure im not complicit in some sort of insider trading or crime.
Nothing kills like lead...steel has got better for sure
Typical BASC thinking of game shooting only and no consideration for those that shoot with 28ga and .410 where steel shot is not viable. Was using steel number 5 appropriate given that steel is much less dense that lead is not the accepted thinking you need to go two sizes larger that lead to deliver the same terminal ballistics or increase the risk of wounding the birds especially high birds.
