@@anirbandhar3424 smd chip can't be fit inside the tht socket. You need to manually connect the pins with isp pins or use a soic clip to hold the chip and then connect it via programmer.
@@PardeepKumar-gw5ow bro I think element 14 requires gst number but evelta doesn't required that. It's a Pune based company so you can use that. As for element 14, I think you can sign up as a student to order stuff without gst number. Other sites are not reliable
