That's awesome, will do thanks!! Wish I could've made it to the Arnold to see all you guys this year! Your channels and advice have helped me a lot in my weight training and bodybuilding journey over the years! Actually the labrada lean body challenge was the first time I had really committed and challenged myself back in like 2012! Thanks 💪
I'd enjoy to see lee's take on isolating shoulder, chest and leg days versus push/pull days.
I know he varied workouts every 4-6 months. Push/pull, "bro-splits" doing one body part per week. Sometimes each body part twice weekly i.e. chest& back, arms & shoulders, then legs. Closer to contests he did each bp. 3 times a week. ex chest, back, shoulders one day. legs & arms the next. Do what works best for you. I tried doing each body part 6 days a week. One ex. for 4 sets per body part using different ex. each day. It was great for about two months, you get strong really fast.
noted!

Nautilus pullover machine used by dorian yates, ,chest support rows, hypertension is must machine, smith, straigt bar fat grip pull up bar chest tri dip stand, hack squat, bodybuilding need to change and more safe, more muscle building
What do you find unsafe about bodybuilding?
@@shellytanner squats, deadlift, barbell rows, free weights better ask dorian, ronnie, muscle tear pec tear, tendon rollie, nick Walker hamstring, and much more
@@shellytanner bodybuilding is safe but precautions is necessary like dumbell press, squat, bench u can use smith machine, u can use lat pull over so ur other muscle not engage, use hypertextension alternative for deadlift, use of chest support machine instead of barbell rows
