I'm a carer and also caring for my mother who was sick recently. It's hard. I was driving the other day and my neck was so stiff after and I had to rub in like a deep heat cream. It's going on two days already. There's definitely a shift happening but it's still kinda clinging to the old a little bit. The energy is very dense now. Took my blue crystals out today when you made the other video. I've been trying to ground myself daily. I've been getting messages in nature to stay longer in nature that it does have the answers. Also don't want to focus on this too long but they are reporting a new smallpox epidemic. I'm not focusing on that but I have to switch off the phone for a good few hours a day to stay away from it. It feels sometimes that things that happened years ago are happening again in another country at a different time but the same type situations again..

Dear Amanda, I don't usually post, but felt compelled to today. Sadly my mum passed away recently.This morning i went to pick up her ashes, which I safely placed in the footwell. I studied kinesiology and we were taught the occipital/back brain area is where our learned/programmed responses are stored. For example when we experience a situation our brain scans to see if we have been here before & if we have we tend to respond in the same manner that we have in the past, therefore, it's quite reactive. The front brain is where new solutions & responses are found. Often when we are frustrated or stuck when working on something we will automatically put our hand on our forehead, trying to bring that fresh perspective through. The occipital bones are called the ‘Gates of Consciousness’. I work with them in my treatments. They are literally the gate between head and body. They must be clear and relaxed for anything to pass through properly. Blocked gates of consciousness lead to fuzzy head, brain fog, indecision and even chronic fatigue. They are so important. Very interesting at this time. We need to clear this area for new downloads.

I got a positive feeling in terms of the pyramid that was used for human sacrifice crumbling, that made me feel like some of the darkness that has perpetuated is starting to fall away and the ability for energies to do things like that will longer be supported here. Human sacrifice and blood letting is such a powerful mark on the energetic field that I find it powerful and almost a work of the light that it would crumble that pyramid where such blood was spilled. Speaking of the pyramid collapse…. On 8/8 on the Utah/Arizona border, we lost a massive red stone double arch that collapsed into Lake Powell in the Glen Canyon complex. This archway had formed 190 million years ago and is one of the major red rock features in our beautiful desert 😦

Amanda, can't believe how spot on you are about the immense pressure on the back of the neck at the moment. Ive felt it increasingly over the last 2-3 days to maximum today. pushing the head forwards and down. Several times Ive ben having to pause relax and straighten whole spine into the neck, and swivel my head to release.. I thought it was just me! I have a story on my time in Russia. I am one of those odd people who dreams about events before they happen. Have done so since a child....in my planning discussions I had with Warrick, I mentioned the dream I had about Russia. So he was forearmed to be alert .....while on a boat tour in St Petersburg, he noticed I had been followed by two street guys for the past hour. He remembered my dream and went to the tour guide and made sure others were alerted to the risks. These guys started walking around me like vultures but our tour guide together with the Russian guide walked in front of me, Warrick walked beside me and other members of the tour group fell in behind me. Strange but true....In the dream I had described the places, the two men and the circumstances in detail. I had not ever seen these places before...

I do breathe work with 369, inhale for 3, hold for 6 and release to 9. I also say 9 prayers every morning. There is also a free app called Triple Flame and you can do pauses through the day for 3 min I enjoy listening to the OM Chant for the 3mins but there are others you can choose 🙏💜

When you asked what is that we must not repeat from the past , I thought it got to do with a job interview that I am having on Friday. But when you mentioned about Lucifer going down my laptop turned of . And then it came clear . Years ago a friend and myself were part of yoga group , but it always felt to me that somehow in there we are a part of cult so I did not stay there very long and they all split up a while later . Today that same friend gave me the book from the guy who were our teacher back then and it all was in satanic colors . Then I also remember that everyone of us who attended that group did have many terrible things happening in their lives through past years . So I throw a book into the garbage and when I come back in the house I felt a sense of relief . So my lesson from the past was not to lead myself in that group trap again . I appreciate the overall spiritual presentation, rather than the daily tarot card or psychic forecasts about politicians. many have either right wing or left wing bias and it cheapens the entire field.
Regarding things coming around again. Japan was never too much in my radar other than years ago with the US atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But strangely I picked out a book, just because I like historical novels, that happens to be about Japan and Japanese Americans and those who lived near Hiroshima. Just started it - coincident?
And people can move and effect nature. Even Jesus talked about moving mountains. And Indigenous people often had rain dances. But we also effect nature - not by hairdryers - but by our vibrations of hate adn wars.

I don't feel we have to worry about the collapse of "civilisation", because, can we honestly say we are civilized the way we carry on as humans with each other and the planet? The collapse can then be only seen as positive, so that we wake up and get our act together now.

As I was watching this I was reminded of a video that you did on September 16, 2021. It was called “Next 12 Months- Epic Journey via a Wormhole”. I know it was for the next 12 months, but spirit has a different sense of timing than we do. I’m going to use the wormhole to help with the changes that are happening. Interesting that the video mentions the dragons helping us to move forward and I’m watching it in the year of the dragon.
I've currently had in the past 2 weeks, 1 tooth removed. 1 filling, a few days later the filling fell out! So just been given a free white one (clearly the silver didn't wanna stay) and now to speed up healing process of when I had tooth out, dentist made a new cut as he said more blood promotes healing. So currently not eaten propper food (lived off liquids) for 2 weeks now. Just want some food! Can't wait! X
I could not agree more about the alignment being off. I feel it in my solar plexus and spine. Been working hard core on this for a few years now. Circulation has been one of my major efforts, using temperature (hot and cool packs) and pressure (laying on massage balls) to clear blocks.

I’ve got a subscapular injury two weeks ago and a pain that’s been utterly destabilizing. Feels like my whole body is letting go of the old emotions associated to old patterns. Had panic attacks and emotions fully taking over my body. So scary. Your message made me realize it’s all part of the process. Thank you!

The back of the neck has been bothering me since about July 31st. Really bothering me. Ive been very sore and tight.

I had a profound experience years ago during a retreat. I experienced the separation of the left and right half’s of the brain. Which accompanies the word oppression, impossible to be in true balance. Masculine vs. feminine, fire vs water.
There was a beam from the crown chakra straight up with a very high pitch sound.
Deaf on my left ear and the words I spoke ran out of the left side of my mouth. Truly very strange and uncomfortable.
It took my an hour to dig myself out of this state of oppression.
The world was amazing afterwards! 🤩 everything seemed expanded and bright.
I read somewhere that Aug 13 there was an astrological window for a balancing of the left brain half. 🧠

Normally I don’t tend to give a reaction, but times are changing and there’s no stopping the inevitable!
You talk about lava and such boiling up causing changes. I see it more as a Phoenix that rises out of the ashes of the old. It’s a difficult time for us lightworkers because old and new energy is whirling around us as the firebird is lifting us up in to the future. Letting go of the past, living the present and shaping the future is draining us if we focus on wrong subjects and giving us that energy boost if we focus on spreading love and light, leading the I would almost say ‘blind’ to that wonderful and bright earth and future that lies ahead. Complimenting you on your channel and readings and wishing everyone a safe journey to where no man has gone before ( to reference Startrek 😂)
