japanese sellers don't always use protective packaging like top loaders because the way mail is handled over there is much better than lets say the u.s., for example. i'm sure you know but in the description jp sellers will tell you if it's an additional cost for packaging but not always. buyee has nothing to do with packaging your items, they send it how the seller does but in the green envelopes.
ah yes! this I did know! but it's been pretty rare (at least for me) that they arrive in just a penny sleeve! even if there's no top loader, there's usually some card stock or something else with the pc / penny sleeve! but I guess maybe that's even less common now!
@@HONEYDEWMOCHI you are very lucky then because that is not my experience. but trust me it also pains me to see that too. I guess it's the risk we take as international buyers because I know I don't buy additional protective packaging even though it's an option. but so far nothing has arrived to me damaged and I've been using buyee regularly since 2016. I will say it's the same for me when I buy from neokyo too. it's sent how the seller sends it sans the green envelopes and I've received items without any protection but I haven't used them in several months so that could have changed!
omg i’ve always loved sharing taeyong as a bias in nct bc of your stunning collection, but now seeing you bias sungho from boynextdoor 😭 i felt the same way immediately watching boynextdoor abt sungho, but riwoo is my wrecker 😆 can’t wait to see your collection for sungho in the future!! 🤍
it's so nice to see your collections come together! also one thing i dislike is the green envelopes.. they're so huge and then bam! a small card. wish they could do something like what n3okyo does and just tapes everything down in the box so it doesn't take up a lot of space. btw also loving your nails!
thank you for sticking around to see my collections come together! I do think there are ways for buyee to shrink down their packaging a bit by using smaller envelopes / other options and hopefully those concerns are addressed with them announcing less bulky packaging in the future!
I wonder if buyee is removing some cardstock/cardboard packaging from the original sellers. Obviously they have to show up to buyee's facility in something other than just a penny sleeve, so surely that had been attached to something (a card at least?) even if it wasn't in a toploader? Not sure if I'm explaining myself well lol. And maybe the Woozi cardboard ones weren't removed because of how they were all attached? Regardless, more toploaders would be ideal lmao
even cardboard / card stock would be just that little added extra protection that I would absolutely love to see more haha! the penny sleeve alone hurts my soul a little :')
@@HONEYDEWMOCHI Oh totally agree! I can't imagine why they would remove anything except to reduce the weight/cost, but surely they know people would be willing to pay that little extra for the protection.
do you know how much was shipping for the gyehyeon pcs?? 🥺 i'm looking forward to buying on mercari japan but nervous about the shipping costs, do you have any tips?? thank youu!!
buyee is best when you're buying multiple items from multiple listings! the shipping is expensive but it's worth it when you're getting a package with many many items rather that one! If you're looking to buy one or two photocards, buyee is not the cheapest way to complete your collection! But if you're looking for multiple pcs from multiple groups and listings it is! I hope that helps!
