It doesn't always take loud material to get a aesthetics look . Even simple material can make the difference. You have proven it. The fit and finish looks great. The only thing which I feel missing in the entire project is the design element which could have been more futuristic .

There is a provision for storage outside the kitchen area to keep mops and brooms.. we have provided a drying area at flowerbed area outside the window

Yes for both ceiling and wall you can use pebble white color

Yes our charges are included in the project cost.
Budget is always depending on your requirements and scope of work..
You can use acrylic sheets in kitchen and vineer for wardrobes

We have used L and Z hinges for wardrobe which are invisible from outside.

It's very costly.
Why it costs 23 Lakh ?
9 to 10 lakhs cost with premium material is Ok.
You can consider 9.0-10.0 lakhs for area around 600-640 sq ft 2bhk.
1.This flat is 150-180 sqft (820 sq ft) bigger than basic 2bhk flat (600-640 sq ft )
2. Civil work is included in that cost (floor tiles/kitchen highlighter tiles and tiles behind wardrobe area )
3. balcony which we have shown in master bed is constructed by us not by the builder.
4. Wardrobes sizes are also bigger than basic 2bhk. ( 12 ft in th length )
5.This cost is including sofa/curtains/ gadi.
6.we have designed it as per clients requirements.
