Wtf? Also, having a clear board against this type of deck and just going for hero power to pop the iceblock is ideal because mage can't use spells on your minions to complete quest. Sometimes I really question how these people are pro players. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is one of the worst decisions I've seen in a long time.
Fun Howse Just because he won doesn't mean it wasn't a bad play. Your logic is flawed there. In many games if you make huge mistakes like this it can cost you the game. He is lucky this didn't. For example.. Say in a scenario you have lethal on the board with 3 minions under 5 health and you're playing a mage with no cards left in their deck with one card in their hand. Assume for this scenario you know the meta and it has to be a spell in their hand. You will fatige first. You have one 4/4 minion left in hand. You know the only card that can save the mage is flamestrike. If you choose to play the minion, you risk losing to one spell. However, if it is flamestrike and you don't play the minion until next turn, you'll win anyway. Yeah, some people play the minion and win in scenarios like this, but it still doesn't mean it was the right play to make. It is just an objectively stupid play that you can get punished for and lose the game.

Even if you're trolling here I'm gonna bite and reply anyway because my initial argument is valid and the play was super dumb. There is no reason to have made any other play. If this play was complicated and open for interpretation, then maybe your argument would be valid. But it's not here because the play was trivial and just a bad mistake.
