Thank you so much Susan! I have to confess, I don’t feel qualified to show my Copic marker colouring as I’ve never had any training. I’m like you, and have just watched others do it. 😄💕💕
What a fabulous card!! I learned so much from watching this one video; 1) coloring tips, always good for beginners. 2) great use for glacier paste! I would have never thought about using them with dies, only the stencils. 3) Pop up cards don't have to be an elaborate and difficult process! Great job!!!
Such a cute card!! I need to make a “leap” card for a carp hop. I don’t have a die cut machine so hopefully I can figure out how to do it with my cricut
Thank you Teresa - that is such a sweet comment! I love those cards that have a surprise or some humour for the recipient, and the inside pop ups really do that. 😄💕💕
Absolutely loved to see how you make these amazing pop up cards. And the tricks with sticking the grass. Thank you for sharing Karen. Also.. I loved how you didn't waste the glacier paste, that's one thing I often do, not waste my products. And frogs hands work for me, no idea if they call it something else :D
Thank you so much Ishani! I had to google the frog issue, and they are called hands! I’m glad to hear you don’t waste your products either, they’re just too expensive for that. 😄😄
Hi Karen,I subscribed to your channel,I LOVE......YOUR WORK.Would you please be so kind and let me no what color copic markers you used on the pond that the frog is sitting on.Thank you so much.I appreciate you.
Hi Nancy, thank you so much for subscribing! The pond was done on a little scrap of watercolour paper and I used watercolours to make it. I just used a mix of blues and greens that I already had on my palette so I can’t really tell you what I used exactly although I have Migellon Mission watercolours. I stencilled the stencil pattern with Distress Oxide Faded Jeans after the watercolour was dry. I hope that helps! 😄
Hi Karen, this card is so adorable,I will be making it for my grandsons Birthday,he LOVES FROGS.....I can`t seem to find your supply list, did you post one? Thank you.
Hi Nancy, I’m so glad you enjoyed this card and I really hope it makes your grandson happy!! I didn’t post a supply list, but here’s what I used: Stamps are from Gerda Steiner Designs “Frogs” set and the cattails, lily pad and flower were from her “Lucky Duck” set. The birthday circle die is from Simon Says Stamp. I mixed Nuvo glacier paste in Pineapple Delight and Sea Sprite to get the green colour, but they may have a green colour by now. I used the “Cattails Grass Border” die from Paper Rose on the inside, but you could use any grassy border die for this or even make your own grass by cutting two pieces of cardstock together (just leave the bottom uncut so you can fold it under). The stencil I used on the inside for the pond was from The Crafters Workshop and was called “Mini Sea Bubbles”, but again, any stencil with a watery look would work. Or leave it out? I hope that helps and good luck with the card!!
Super cute card, and I can tell that my wish list is going to grow a lot as I binge-watch your videos! I already wanted the dies you used in the "patterned paper" video, and now I also want frog stamps (by the way, I call frog extremities "hands" and "feet", but I have no idea if that's correct) and the die you used here.☺
What a cute card!!!
Thank you so much! Those frogs are so fun! 😄💕

Where can I buy that Paper Roses Die? Looks like that company is in Europe or Australia....Love that whole card! Great work!
I bought this die from scrapbook.com
Thank you so much! I bought that die at my local scrapbook store but Simon Says Stamp also carries it. Hope that helps!
