- Documenting my inks has become a very "nerdy" and involved process and I'm sharing how I document and what I'm using in this video.
Here are the items I use that I would recommend:
Col-O-Ring from The Well-Appointed Desk: wellappointedd...
Tsubame Ink Collection Cards from Yoseka (sold out at the time of publishing the video): yosekastatione...
Ink Sample Storage: amzn.to/3171PnT
Glass Dip Pen (Set of 3): amzn.to/3rdU36R

Thank you very much for your helpful suggestion for ink vial storage, it makes them easy to organize. Appreciate it🙏
Glad it was helpful!
I have a notebook setup for my ink swatching! I have a stalogy and a trp notebook in a6 size in a Hobonichi cover! I also have a col-o-ring and like you, love seeing the inks on different papers. I agree that some inks look best/ work best in bigger nibs but I'm a F girl through and through. I have a couple B nibs but they don't get a lot of use haha
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does all the swatching and experimenting with inks. How does the Stalogy perform with ink?
Doesn't Yoseka sell 'quality' metal nibs? I was have them in my 'shopping cart' LOL!
Yes, they might. I wished for them for Christmas, so we'll see what happens.
