It looked better in the daylight, well it seems. At least on video, the sea of white flowers is better than blinking fairy lights. The sea view definitely great during the day. But best to see day and night. From the top, the lighted roses look better.
I originally came in 2003 for a few months for my wedding, left with my wife and worked abroad for many years and came back to the Philippines in 2012 to live here permanently. Hope you enjoy the channel, lots more vlogs coming

What time do they open?
I believe they open at 2 pm, but I would suggest going in at around 4.30 pm so you can see the sunset and be there when they Roses light up
