If only we had known just how MUCH he had been through. We all have heard how hard the industry can be to be in, but wow, I don't think anyone was prepared for Drake's story. He has experienced some of the worst things someone can experience. I admire his strength even more now. I know he hasn't always handled the stress of his experiences the best way, but he is on a path of healing now. I am proud of him and wish nothing but the best for him.
Who else finds it funny that the girl's name is Carly, and Drake's (the character) most consistent girlfriend on Drake & Josh was a girl named Carly, AND that Drake (the actor) appeared on iCarly (specifically the episode "iBloop")?
Drake, I’m torn to pieces by your honesty in the documentary “quiet on set.” I’m so fucking sorry I spreading the misinformation about you when you put in a guilty plea. I’m so fucking sorry I wasn’t intelligent enough to read beyond the headline. I’m so fucking sorry you were abused as a child. Im so fucking sorry I supported your abusers instead of supporting you when you needed it. Thank you for coming forward now. Thank you for your bravery. Know that you have made me into a real ally for victims of sex abuse and know that I will never make this mistake and do wrong to a victim again. I’m so fucking sorry for everything you went through. I wish I could take back every mean word I said about you. I didn’t even know what I was talking about and it kills me that I ever caused you distress when you deserved to be heard out and understood. I love you, we all do. I will never stop being sorry.
I am glad you are apologizing about what you said to him and about him.. everyone who spread misinformation (and some still are unfortunately) needs to follow in your footsteps and apologize to him. Poor Drake, he’s been through worse than hell already, even prior to the false accusations, the hate, or even the car crash back in 2006, he’d been through the worst hell of them all. And he was put through more.. and he’s such a. Genuine kind soul who never deserved any of the horrible stuff that was done to him..
