Just wanted to share a quick experience with this plant, the plant that really turned me on to herbalism. All of my life, i always had a problem with spontaneous nosebleeds. In the middle of the night especially, i would just wake up and my nose would be bleeding like crazy, and these bleeds would go on for a half hour or more. For two months, i took capsules of nettle every day. Fifteen years later, i Haven't had a single nosebleed, or any other bleeding episode.
