Some people are too self absorbed and selfish. Sounds to me this grandma Tracy, babysits way too much. I’m 66 and can say it’s a lot harder to sit an infant at this age. The daughter is the negligent one. Tracy is a people pleaser. Tracys daughter is bitter and wants someone to pay for the death of her baby and Tracy’s daughter isn’t going to take any responsibility for her negligent roll in this.
It certainly isn’t a 65 year old woman’s place to watch a newborn or a toddler. I certainly wouldn’t leave my child in the care of my mom or granny , when he was small. I was a social worker, and I’ve seen so many kids , in the care of their grandparents, it’s sad. People need to take care of their own children, and put their children’s first and foremost. I think the mother of Uriel and Ezra is as much or more responsible for their death than Grandma.
I can’t tell if you’re joking 😅 it’s a stenomask used by court stenographers so their voice isn’t heard during the trial as it would be a major distraction, and it also keeps background noise from being picked up by the mic making it so the transcription is clear

Grandmothers like to be with their grandchildren in most cases. Kaila testified her hair appointment was the ONLY time she went to work or appointments without her children. A 7 month old could not wander off like her older brother did when he drowned in a pond in the same grandmother’s care. Uriel was only supposed to be in Tracey’s care for a couple hours before baby’s father picked her up about 4:30 pm.
@@rnupnorthbrrrsm6123The grandmother definitely needs to be held accountable. I agree, and I'm aware that this was the second time. That's why it boggles my mind that the mother of the baby trusted her again.
I'm sorry but I think this was just a tragic accident. A church going grandma that loved the baby and people think she needs to be in jail. Even so I'm sure grandma is very remorseful and grieving. Terrible. I live in AZ and have grandbabies I don't even like it when they go anywhere in the heat even with the air on its hot. This happens every summer here. It's got to stop.
Just because you go to church does not mean you can not commut manslaughter or murder.
She is gushing a bit too much.
Why is this lady from her church so giddy in this circumstance? Bizarre!
Yeah, it’s really odd. Some people smile when they’re really nervous, but it feels off to me.
Christians are weird.
Typical intimidating church lady.
She's a kind lady. She's nervous. She's never done this before. She's elderly give her a break.
Church people are whack. They live in a different 'place'. 👻👻👻
Mom said she was able to take baby to work with her. Why not her hair appointment?
Get a friggin real babysitter.
Smiley witness trying to rehab Grandma's reputation.
There were multiple bottles with formula in the bag but the grandma just gave her water from the straw?
This is strange. I, as a grandmother.
Would never let a baby suck on a straw. Her thinking is not right. She should have known there was food in the bag. I have seen strange little things from people later diag. With memory issue
It was really an accident. She probably should not have been babysitting except at the baby's home or in the grandmother's home.
She SHOULD NOT BE AROUND ANY CHILD!! Ummm helllo she has memory issues!!!! And the second tragedy i would rethink handing off my baby to someone like that. Period😡
Shes not too swift either! Maybe they booze together
This friend sure is building up the "perfect christian", "active in church". All that has absolutely nothing to do with zero responsibility for your tiny granddaughter she so carelessly forgot, and died in her care!
Oh, pleeeease! If she truly loved that baby she would be especially vigilant caring for her especially after being the one who napped and let a toddler drown. Some people are too self absorbed and selfish. Chances are Tracy is a narcissist who enjoyed LOOKING like the wonderful Grandma in front of her friends, and when alone with her, she's not all that important....
My granma didnt like me sometimes you never know .
Doesnt matter if she loved her she left her in a hot car abd she died!
Four Ladies but repeatedly referred to as "you guys".
Or y’all.
That’s what you’re worried about?!
Who cares but you
@sueess59 If it was 4 guys and they were referred to as 'you girls' you'd be moaning.🤷♀️🦘
It’s prob a northern thing. I use you guys instead of y’all.
What kind of devotions did grandma prepare that day?
all these people seem weird... the family and the friend... something is off with these people
I wonder what these friends think of this woman,??
Total creep vibe from this lady.
Why is that lady on oxygen sitting in front of the judge 😅
I can’t tell if you’re joking 😅 it’s a stenomask used by court stenographers so their voice isn’t heard during the trial as it would be a major distraction, and it also keeps background noise from being picked up by the mic making it so the transcription is clear
Court reporter
I think some ppl enjoy being in a court room setting all attention on them…
Boomers think love is an excuse for everything.
So is she no longer married to her husband because she said when she was married to her husband
Why is this women so happy 😢😮
Righteous church women like this will smile and gossip behind your back.
She’s nervous
The exaggerated facial expressions seem inappropriate/disingenuous.
This lady is not on trial. She's merely testifying.
She's likely very, very nervous and she's probably never done anything like this before.
I don’t like this witness…. Self important… a real church lovin’ teacher…. 🙄
A bit too smiley
It could just be nerves and tension 😢
She's a southern lady. We smile to be polite, we smile when we are mad, and we smile when we are explaining an answer to a question.
@@MarloShedlockThat's true. We do.
This is wrong,75 minding you g baby,No
What a sanctimonious wiman. The church, the church ad infinitum. Yuk
She loved baby Uriel so much, she left her in a hot car so she could go play the piano and read her bible. Pretty sad!
She's a horrible witness, huh, and laughing. Wtf?
You'd think at least one of the women's group at the lunch would've asked after the grandchildren n memory of the little baby in the car would've been triggered. It's all very odd.
I worked for a court reporter yes and no were required not unhunh
When I have a shopping bag on my backseat my car chimes and a message appears on my dash that says, check backseat. She drove a Lexus and does not have this feature? Wow. Do better Lexus.
She let a 7 month old drink outta straw
Why they got her up there she aint in her right mind either
