This is one of our favourite trails..stunning scenery and rather easy to do...we also like the Niagara River trails, the Friendship trail along Lake Erie and the lovely heritage trai through Norfolk..suggest trying them. Very nice video, with no ads in them. Thanks.

Just biked the trail from Cambridge to Paris for the first time today. I found that the trail was clean. Unfortunately it looks like you can't get to the mill ruins anymore...they have a fence up with a no trespassing sign. You could probably go down and round it but I didn't want to run the risk of getting in trouble. Too bad because it would have been nice to take some photos down there.

I guess I should clarify that the fence doesn't go all the way around, but we didn't feel comfortable going off the trail due to the no trespassing signs posted.

Could you update your video because the trail does not look like this anymore, the garbage on these trails are terrible and I could not continue my ride it was so bad, I had to get off of the trail and head back to Cambridge, I got off because I asked another biker if the trail got better ahead and he said it was the worst trail he has ever been on. Your video does not let people see what it is like today in 2018. This trail is very disappointing to what your video shows. thanks for sharing anyway, I do not like this trail review for what it is today, I had to get off and walk my trike past dog deposits, trees, and shrubs, and drug and condoms, this is not a family-friendly trail today. Your videos are why I chose to try the trail Please again update your video and thanks for sharing anyway. No offense to you. But this is not how the trail is today and I would not recommend it as of now.I was on this trail June 25 2018.
I'm so sorry to hear. We rode the trail last fall and it was pretty much as pictured.
