People are missing the entire point of chronicled banners, their not meant to show banners of character from other regions but the whole point of it is to run old characters new players cant get anymore or they haven’t gotten a rerun in forever

Unless they give new characters like a secret extra chance at getting a 5 star, then Chronicled banners are still shitty
