It makes me genuinely envious of the French- what an incredible combination of geography and culture.
I know for a fact there're literally hundreds of miles between some of the shots. The really steep coast is in the southeast, it's the Cote d'Azur. Then you have Mont St. Michel (that castle on top of a rock in the middle of the sea), that's in the north, any huge beaches are all towards the Atlantic sea (west and north of France). Paris is also really far away from the Cote d'Azur. The Izoard (beginning) is also around 120-150 miles from the Cote d'Azur...
France is quite vast, it's not small at all. Spain has similar variety but it's smaller, much more concentrated.
@@DanArnets1492 Thank you. Perhaps I failed, but I didn't mean to insinuate the footage was all from a localized region. In fact, it's the fact those short clips each represent their own unique and larger area is what makes me so envious. The alps, the atlantic coast, the southern mediterranean, the loire valley; and all within a day's drive of one another. To me, that's just about as perfect a place as there can be.

@@magodize - Spain is great for that. A World-class spot for kitesurfing and Vallnord (technically Andorra but it's only like 20 minutes past the border) are only 130 miles away. Now you have a few "motorlift" bikeparks (they get you up with a pickup truck or some modified bus) that are even closer to the beaches like La Sorrera and 4RIDERS.
When it comes to geography Italy and France variety are unbeatable IMHO. From the Alps to the Mediterranean sea and volcanoes... wow.
Not sure what I'm more impressed by the riding or the drone pilot!
