- Vijayalakshmi and I are school friends. We lived two streets away from each other in the busy city of Chennai. We rode the bus back together and chatted on our way back home from school. Lovely memories of school days! I remember her to be a devout girl with a gentle and a pious nature. I completely lost touch with her after school.
It still amazes me how God connected the two of us together after more than 20 years. When we talked over the phone, I was amazed at the work that God had done in her life. As she started recollecting one by one the miracles that God had done in her life, I just stood in awe at the amazing love of Jesus, to everyone who hungers for him. I requested her to share it here with all of us, and she gladly agreed.
Viji is married to Victor and blessed with two sons Nehemiah and Daniel.

Praise God. Whenever I hear testimonies like this I always feel God brings people from different situations and from different backgrounds. Even I am from a Hindu background converted after marriage. I have the free will of going to temples or churches as it's was a pure love marriage. It took years to have true faith in the Lord as my mom went into depression and no peace in the family.
At that time I went ro Jesus calls vanagaram refereed by my mother. She believes Jesus and comes to come church with me all the time. But she is Hindu still now. I dont want to force her because God will bring her in His time. I am just praying for her salvation. When we force they will revese totally. Even I felt the the same thing when I was a Hindu, Christians convert. So I want to be a true follower of Jesus and let my life be a true witness that I should live a life according to the word of God and obey his words.
Within one week I can feel the difference in my attitude it's not the materialistic blessing but our attitude changes. We will be the happiest and joyful person in this world if we obey HIS words. HIS glory is seen in our weaknesses. I am experiencing in my life. Before I used to go to church. My total family was in the choir. But I don't read Bible much. Then after sometime I was reading Bible starting from old testament but I forget if often after I take a break for a week. Then I prayed to God that I am not able to read Bible daily and not able ro understand the word of God. The after a couple of days our pastor wife took her personal time to do Bible study with me. This acknowledged me that God sees our heart and hears our prayers.
I take this opportunity to all brothers and sisters in christ let's live a life that always honors God because HE is our heavenly father. As a parent when my child doesn't obey my words I get hurted many times. Then thought of our heavenly father we are all HIS children. Lets love each other truly and forgive each other. Because no one is perfect in this world expect God. So nowadays I don't take anything into my heart only see good things in people.
Most of the People love Jesus but hate Christians.
I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME.

Praise God! My father Evg.Dr.Clifford Kumar similarly was healed of Thyroid cancer & lived many years singing & preaching for the glory of God. You too have a great voice sister. Thanks for sharing this wonderful testimony!
