Betty Jo, We just have to meet you someday and thank you for all your encouragement on this crazy journey of ours. We appreciate you! Blessings, friend! ~ Rhonda and Stan
We also did the East entrance and we stayed at Fishing Bridge in Yellowstone last September 30s in the morning and 80s by noon. We did a day trip down to the Grand Tetons and Jackson hole can’t wait to get back there. Thank From Wisconsin 💝
What a great trip for you! That sounds like perfect weather. Maybe just a tad on the chilly side at night 😂🥶 That whole area is just gorgeous! Glad you got to explore the Tetons 👏 It’s a must see at least once in a lifetime. Thank you for being a big part of our adventures! ~ Stan and Rhonda
My husband and I are hooked! We are inspired to travel west. Thank you for all you do! Our rigs is a bit smaller, but our hearts are in the same place! Parents of 4, over the hill, Mtn bikers, lover of nature's beauty.
Hello Barbara, thank you so much for joining us! I would highly recommend you come out west. The mountains in the west are evidence of God’s mighty paint brush. We are the same people. 🙌Blessings, Stan and Rhonda
I just stumbled across your video. I have been to Yellowstone and Grand Teton... who knows how many times. I live close to them... I have driven by and through Gros Ventre campground who knows how many times. Beautiful place but I have never camped there. I did subscribe to your channel, I love mountains, travel and camping...
Thank you Lorie and Jeff! We are so happy you are enjoying our adventures. Thank you for the blessing. We are currently traveling east. We never thought it would be close to 100 degrees in east Colorado and Nebraska. Keep us in your prayers as we continue to travel. Blessings to you, Stan and Rhonda❤️
We stayed at gros ventre 2 yrs ago. We had moose coming into our site. We loved and the area is full of wild life and great views Thank you for sharing
Great job on this video - love that area. We saw every entrance to yellowstone except the east side... we wanted to get there but could not - so at least we get to see it in your video :).
Hello Bob and Dang, Wasn’t that something to see in the winter like that?!?! 😍 That was quite an experience. Hope you get to go through there someday. Thank you for your encouragement! We appreciate you both. ~ Rhonda and Stan
Thank you so much for this beautiful video. I had the same campground at the Tetons booked two years in a row and had to cancel each time. I was totally bummed out! One day... Well done for seeing it and sharing it with us!
Hello Martina, don’t give up you must see this place in person. It is so beautiful. We were so overwhelmed. Wait till next weeks video and see how much wild life we see. Thank you for joining us. Stan and Rhonda
@@OverTheHillAdventures Thank you for your encouraging words! I have been to Yellowstone and the Tetons once before (many years ago when the kids were little) and it is on my bucket list to go again! I live in Colorado, about 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, but the Tetons take my breath away!! I look forward to your next video 😍.
Beautiful country for sure. The veiws are stunning. Cody has fun activities. The dam, rodeo, Urma hotel, and the museum. There are thousands of guns in the museum. There is an RV park on a corner of the main drag with the BEST lady to check you in and welcome you. Take care.
Hi Matt, we definitely need to go back and explore Cody. The campgrounds by the dam and further up are amazing. Thank you for joining us. Stan and Rhonda
WOW, Snow, rain. We would have to find our cold weather gear. I think it’s under the bed. I Love walking in the snow, hehehe as long as I don’t slip and fall. Good Job.
Hi Tim! It was crazy weather wasn’t it?! It’s good to keep cold gear in the rig just in case you decide to take a hike through the snow someday 😂 Maybe we both should invest in some crampons ☃️Hope all is well with you. Blessings, Rhonda and Stan
Hello Janice, it was so beautiful! To see Yellowstone in the Fall and now in the Spring it was two different worlds. So beautiful 🤩. Some of those areas were under avalanche watch in May!! Can you believe it. We will definitely go back. Thank you for joining us again! Blessings, Stan and Rhonda❤️
Hi Claudia, it was the best travel day ever! We were so blessed with the drive and got a great camping spot. We were so overwhelmed with beauty all around us. Wait till next week. Blessings, Stan and Rhonda❤️
We were at the Grand Tetons in the 90's and have been wanting to go back for quite some time. We tent camped in Yellowstone and don't think we slept a wink because of the bear warnings and the wolves howling all night long. We won't ever forget that trip. Great job on this video and anxious to see the next. Thanks guys.
Hi Jim, thank you for joining us this evening. Thank you for sharing your experience in the tent. Knowing what we know the tent is definitely out! See you next week. Blessings, Stan and Rhonda❤️
Grand Teton is a fav altho it’s been 25 years since I’ve been up in that neck of the woods. Did Mt Rushmore & Yellowstone the summer of 88, stayed in a cabin w/o heat or power for $15, woke up to Fire helos cranking up. Thanks for sharing, you find places I’ve never been!
Enjoyed riding along with y'all on this segment of your trip. My first (and only) introduction to the Gros Ventre CG was in 1968 on a three week car camping trip from the southeast with my folks. For a 15 year old flatlander, the site of the Tetons was overwhelming. Did revisit Jackson Hole in 2015 when my wife and I enjoyed a western White Christmas that year. Thanks for the memorable scenery and sharing your excitement about being there.
Hello John, thank you for joining us and sharing that beautiful memory. I don’t think we have ever seen anything more majestic. The only thing that comes close is when we woke up in Yosemite National Park. It was very cloudy when we arrived. The following morning we woke up beneath El Capitan poking through the clouds and the sun shining on its summit. So many beautiful places in our great country. God has certainly blessed us with His mighty paint brush. Blessings, Stan and Rhonda❤️
Another great video and full of ideas for future travels for us. We just left Gros Ventre a week ago, stayed in a pull through site in F Loop, barely fit our 40 ft Fifth wheel. Had great sunny weather in the 70's. We spent one of our days riding our Harley in the park, it is an amazing place, will be back for more explorations there someday. Safe travels.
Hi Tary, Wow, you were just there?!We never made it down to that end from A loop. We can imagine it might have been a tight fit for you. If we remember right, our site was one of the longer ones at 36 feet and we fit just right with truck and trailer as you saw. Riding a Harley through the Tetons might one up our riding our e-mountain bikes through the Tetons 😂👏😅 Thanks for hanging out with us again this week! Blessings, Rhonda and Stan
Great video that brought back memories for us! We stayed at Gros Ventre A60! It was a bit cheaper with a senior discount though! (Half price) gotta love that perk! We enjoyed that campground. We need to try east entrance to Yellowstone next time! Thanks for a fun video!! 👍🏼
Of course you were in the A Loop! 😂 We forgot about that Senior Discount thingy 👍🙌 Next year!! 🎉 The east entrance blew us away! I think we were drooling at one point 🤤 Thanks for hanging out with us! Love ya! Rhonda and Stan

So beautiful! Thank you for sharing. I've seen it in the summer, but the winter is truly beautiful even watching the video so I can imagine seeing it up close and in person. I understand your excitement!

Yes, the east entrance to Yellowstone is fantastic! I've heard the canyons near Cody are world renouned for ice climbing. I would love to see Yellowstone during shoulder season. Love your videos.

Glad we could help! In a few weeks we do a quick drive through Signal Mountain Campground and Colter Bay, both in GTNP. Hopefully you will get a good idea if these would work for you. This will be an exciting trip! Blessings and you both go back to school one last time! 🙏 Rhonda and Stan
We stayed at Buffalo Bill SP few yrs back. It was nice park until bad storm came thru canyon. We went in June and it was nice weather until we woke up to 32 degrees and snow the next morning. We seen seasons change in a day. We been trying to stay in Gros Ventre but can't seem to get in even a year out. We stayed at Signal mtn cg which I wouldn't recommended its small. So we are heading to Tetons next spring probably gonna boondock if we can't get into GV. But we were able to drive thru it and seen Moose. It was so neat.❤
Hello! That’s incredibly fast weather change, but we believe it! You saw we went from sunny skies to rain in a matter of a few miles. We used to live in the So. Cal mountains and we had snow on Father’s Day one year! Kinda why we moved to a warmer climate 😂 Keep checking for cancellations on recreation.gov and saying a little prayer won’t hurt either 🙏😂😅 Keep is posted!
I love watching your videos, we sold our Imagine and now have a 5th wheel, but we went with a Brinkly. I would love to travel out that way from upstate new York, hopefully in the future. I'm chicken to go that far, lol. Keep up the great videos love you guys🙂
