I even felt the same way - but as usual, I love to play the devil's advocate. Let's break down why HHH might actually know what he's doing and why the interruption didn't ruin the debut like we may like to think!

HHH literally lead the woman revolution era in NXT, and I really hate the way the fans just forget about that because they want to justify their hate. Well bring Vince back, bring back bras and penties, let HHH go rest with his family. He gave way too much to this industry to get so much hate, it’s unbelievable for me. I am really liking these day after show thoughts videos. I also agree, it’s was one week. Now if this became a month or two problem with the women not getting screen time, then talk about it. But one week, give WWE the time to setup what they have planned.

I saw it as a plus for Lash and Ms. Jackson. You're NXT talents on screen with K.O., Cody Rhodes, and Rhandy Orton. Lash got to show off her power against Bianca and then kicked Chelsea green over a table. The match should've been longer, though. That's the issue with all of it, but I'd take it overall.
Even though it's absolutely in character for KO, it felt like they wanted to have him suspended but also do the "New heel explains his actions on the weekly show" trope. They tried to do both and it was just awkward imo.
Also Lash and Jakara (two rookies) shouldn’t be able to go toe to toe with Bianca Belair AND Jade Cargill in their main roster debut.
If they went 15+ minutes then that would’ve made Jade and Bianca look weak for struggling against two relative unknowns.

The brand split is so dumb. The attitude era was better for a multitude of reasons but having never knowing whos gonna show up was a big one
Ngl in the moment I was against the segment when KO did what he did, but I felt different after. Script or no script, Wheezy knows what she's talking about & she explained it well & had valid points, some I thought about & some I didn't. It's just a good thing the match wasn't cancelled...

I believe this is the start of the Cody Rhodes Heal turn we are literally about to get homelander finally 🔥 I think Cody Rhodes said or did something that warrants the attack by Kevin Owen’s. Maybe it’ll turn out he said something about KO’s mum? There making out Kevin turned on him in a random attack! I think he’s playing a narc game of framing KO as the bad guy. Notice how fast he came out to the ring when KO got on the microphone and they cut him off too 🎤 seeing KO pleading his innocence and it leading to him possibly losing a second friend in the crossfire in RKO. I expect other people to be framed as bad also in the build up to the unvail of his evil genius Nightmare Homelander Cody

The women's division is absolute crap on the main roster as is the tag division, two things people swore would be better under HHH. Your women's tag champs can't be things that "fall to the wayside".
One thing that should be mentioned is that when HHH ran that period of NXT, those things you mentioned took time. It wasn't as instant with finding the sweet spot as people think it was. And now you have an even bigger roster with bigger stars that vast amounts of the crowd react to more than others. So simply have a bit of patience, cause the women could be looking like they did in Vince era having one champ hold the title forever. Talent having no chance to show character work and none or storylines that insulted viewers' memory.

I could see if they’ve been letting it stay the same and die entirely, but there’s been additions and changes to try to gain traction to it. Putting the titles on Jade and Bianca was a purposeful and smart move that I will hope has the positive outcome and fallout I think it will.

Perhaps HHH wasn't running the show tonite? Maybe it was Bruce and Michael Hayes? It seemed like something that would have happened during Vince's run. Almost felt like they were behing hazed. Also, this Chelsea smells thing is so juvenile. Since Raw and Smackdown are on the same network, not as if they need to appear to follow brand split (but they never did).
