Please keep in mind that there are many different mushroom cultivation techniques. My personal techniques may not all be stereotypical but it's how I've learned through the last 12 years of growing all kinds of edible and medicinal mushrooms works best for me.
I am a native Coloradoan so my climate may vary drastically from where you're at.
Also please don't be intimidated or discouraged by my flow hood. everything I do in there could easily be achieved in a still air box.

15 psi.
But I don't trust the gauge (they're all junk.) The weight is way better at judging pressure. If it's moving, I'm there.
