This has no relation with period of appointment. It is related with in which type of post one is appointed. if you are appointed to a permanent post, you are a permanent employee. If you are appointed to a temporary post, you are a temporary employee.

As per your syllabus of exam, two types of question will be asked. Academic and administrative. In Administrative part, questions on service matter like FRSR, Pension, GPF, leave etc, Procurement, General Financial Rules, grants, budget, legal matter, estate management, english language, computer will be asked. For Academic part, question related to Admission of students, examination, scholarship etc will be asked.

Sir...but FR 27 speaks about getting premature increments while joining govt service , if a candidate was offered additional increments while he joined private service(ofcourse based on his past total service)....kindly please clarify on the same sir....thanking you and awaiting your reply

As pet my knowledge, Divisional Accountant is a post under AG(A&E). As it is a central govt job, and you have joined after technical resignatiin, all your past service will be counted automatically. You just intimate the fact to your DAG (Admn). They will take step to include the past service. Thanks.

Sorry,
past service in private organisation does not count for increment after joining government organisations.
Hence,, there is no such rules.
