Ever since I started listening to you two months ago , I've become more confident everyday. I listen more, I'm more patient, I don't get easily deterred, and I don't care about what people say. My docility[ability to be corrected] has also increased, and I feel like my fortitude and perseverance, but most importantly, my diligence has increased, which as a phlegmatic, I've struggled with.
Most importantly, I started my own company- a web design agency, and there is a constant vision of what I know I am, and what I what I want to achieve. I learn, I read, I'm constantly growing exponentially everyday.

Hey Alpha Affrimations what is subconscious resistance? And can I listen to multiple of these at once while I sleep?
Subconscious resistance is your subconscious wanting to stay the same. Patterns are set, and will not be changed at the flip of a switch. Through my experience, the best way to overcome resistance is just overwhelming repetition. The subconscious is inductive, so it will believe anything it hears enough times. If you listen repeatedly and consistently, it takes about 6 months to completely rewrite a subconscious program (less if there is less resistance).
I do not recommend listening through a full night's sleep. Listening through REM sleep will create weird resistances and you'll eventually realize that you're not getting enough rest. Listen repeatedly throughout the day, and during the first 1-2 hours of sleep to lock it in.
I've experimented with listening to multiple messages at the same time during sleep, and woke up feeling like I was barraged. The best is a single, calm message.
That being said, I do not recommend this specific track for sleep. The videos with gold thumbnails are more calm, longer, and designed for sleep programming.
