If Trump uses mail ins and drop boxes like republicans did in California to take back seats they "lost" in 2018, then he can win.
California has all mail in voting and smartmatic machines, yet Republican mail in strategy flipped back four seats in 2020 and won a fifth last year, some of those seats being democrat majority.
This is what Republicans didn't do in swing states in 2020 or 2022 but what can be done for 2024. And republicans are at least pushing mail ins. They are counted later and, like in those California elections, in larger numbers they neutralize ballot dumps by democrats
