Well FINALLY a game layout that is interesting I was starting to think Stern had no new ideas, WELL DONE. While not an X-Men fan theme seems to work well with playfiield, original artwork and animation.
Sterns last releases felt inhibited by cost, mass produced and lacking love and creativity. They lost their way completely. They felt too safe and no risks. Even jaws not swallowing the ball, and the failed fin mech was a huge let down. Jack's last game had a completely different layout and flow, only criticism is no standout toys. Don't get me wrong, foo fighters is fantastic but wasn't a perfect ten. I'm glad to see a totally unconventional playfeild. More than 2 flippers. Insane ramps and features that finally have me crazy excited. It's the first stern in forever, I can't think of anything but finding this to play! Good job, and make you your next tables are like this, high risk, high creativity.
i will finally take the time to learn the X-Men universe on the strength of this game. holy hell this is visionary. my expectations have been exceeded. Well done Mr Danger, you've done it again. Bravo good sir.
Credit that the Pro looks nearly identical to the Premium/LE. Unlike Venom that was incredibly gutted out, this Pro version seems to be a reasonable alternative.
This table looks very elaborate and Jack clearly thought this through. Gotta respect him for that. Here's hoping the maintenance on the game is easy and simple to do as well.
