- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have issued a new statement after their Archewell charity received 'delinquent notice'.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been warned that their Archewell Foundation could be subject to fines or suspended from the charity register.

Sounds like a cover up to me. A letter stating the charity was delinquent would not have been sent out in error. They have obviously paid up to cover up to save their bacon. Being a Prince once again saves the day

Neither of the Grifters are 'detail' people - the documents and fees are 12 months late...not 'a few days' and they were warned back in January 2023 to get it done ! However, any charity worth its' salt (or any small company) should always keep an eye on cash flow - not a hard job it's just simple bookkeeping and the person in charge CEO or whatever, should have a diary entry 6 months in advance, with a repeat every month to check on the CFO and make sure those RETURNS GET FILED. Most any charity, values its' reputation and goes out of it's way to avoid any clashes with any form of government.
Well, Megan and Harry’s knight in shining armor came right out the governor of the state of California no less and did the cover-up for them. That’s my opinion and I bet I’m right.

why the need to mention that the check was tracked down through the mail? You can do that if you choose to send certified or registered, but noone does that for a check. It sounds like they are just shifting blame as they always do.

The IRS does not remove any delinquent notices until the IRS has proof. Also the paperwork and fee was from 2022. And the fee was $200.00. Charity information is public knowledge and charities must comply with the request. The IRS does not respond that quickly.
