They played well this series so far because there was weirdly no pressure. They had exceeded expectations already. Not many people thought they would get past the Bucks and no one thought they would be up 3-1 against the Warriors if they were to make the finals. The pressure has been off, they have played with joy and confidence knowing they have nothing to lose, they've come this far so they've already won. In game 5 there was pressure. Pressure to close out and they couldn't do it AT HOME with a full healthy roster against a beat up Golden State missing key components. There is less pressure in Game 6 because they have a whole additional game after that at home so they are more likely to close out in Game 6. If they go to Game 7 in Toronto expect a massive chokefest from Lowry, Siakam, Gasol, etc. Unless Kawhi can go god mode they are losing to the deeply playoff experienced Warriors for the rare and revered threepeat.

Also, I would like to let him know that the NBA game had excelled a lot in the last 20 years from players, tactics, coaches, sports medicine, skills, etc. etc. One thing is still the same or even worse is game officiating!! It is the worst part of the game; bad calls, no consistency, horrible blunders that impact games. We rarely see a game without lots and lots of horrible calls. I can't wait for the day where robots replace officials.

Bill Latibay my issue with Kawhi is it isn’t a zero step or travel step. In real time it’s almost impossible to tell if a player is picking his dribble on the step or before. Kawhi’s travels are switching pivots or attacking the basket spins. They should be obvious to any ref. I think the refs should have a long conversation with the league about traveling this summer and hopefully they can improve the reffing dramatically.

When you jump and land on both feet, that's essentially the two steps you're allowed to take. Any pivots or steps after is a travel.
