His weapons are "Ntofos" which is just a re-arranging of the word Tonfas. Some tonfas you can break to create an edge you can pierce with, and he uses the materials of the heavily regenerating beast to make regenerative tonfas, which he can break into blades, until they regrow to be blunt.

Riot explained him in their roadmap video, the beast he was fighting has the ability to regenerate, that’s why there were the green swirling effect in the video. After killing the beast, he took its hide with its regenerating ability to make his new weapon at the end of the video.
According to the roadmap video, his weapon is blunt, but he can shatter them to make them sharp, i guess riot was referring to the stone weapon, cause the weapon after straight up transformed
