Leider muss ein Konzertsaal Musik bieten, die Massenattraktivität hat. Sonst können Konzersäle kein Geld verdienen. In Nordamerika ist das schlimmer als in Europa. ☹

@@marikomariko3992 Vielleicht könnte das Concertgebouworkest das machen. Dieses Werk ist schließlich für ihren Vorgänger (das Felix Meritis-Orchester) geschrieben worden. Aber mit der rechtspopulistischen Regierung die hier jetzt formiert wird, ist es zweifelhaft ob es das Concertgebouworkest nächstes Jahr noch gibt...

Brilliant Symphony by an unknown Dutch composer which sounds to me like Schubert especially his Great C Major (9), he must have heard Schubert and Beethoven symphonies? Love it ❤️

I have the cd, now it's hard to find, but if you find it , just get it, It has several Dutch unknown symphonies that are terrific listening (including this one)
Not symphonies, but I found " Dutch Piano Concertos " CD in Presto Music with pieces by Wilms and Schmitt and Fodor for rare Tangent Piano. Sounds unique. I will buy this CD. Thanks for your suggestion.
Where have you found, or rater carved out, all these unknown masters of the symphony from the 18th and 19th century? It is amazing. The history of classical music must be re-written.

Questo se da un lato può starci perché si è comunque creata una "selezione naturale" (Beethoven è immensamente più grande e dotato di Fodor, e sono quasi coetanei...), ha creato tuttavia un misconoscimento assurdo di tutti gli altri compositori, definiti spesso "minori" senza motivo, specie nel periodo classico... Per fortuna abbiamo Pau NG e pochi altri volonterosi a "svegliare" il pubblico, ormai sempre più a caccia di musica "nuova" (scritta magari 2 o 3 secoli fa...) piuttosto che dei "soliti" nomi e capolavori...

There were no political parties yet and the patriots organized themselves into local drill societies as a military counterweight to the State army. When the patriots drill societies were forbidden to set up a central military organization in September 1786 the conflict escalated...
