    I've never heard of "toxic resilience" before. It's an interesting concept.

    I like the idea of resilience. Yes, it's very important, but we need to put strong personal boundaries in place so that resilience works because resilience on its own is like pushing against the tide.

    I haven't ever thought of resilience in this way before. , and that you can become resilient by focusing on more smaller basic things. I spend to much time looking at all the external situations and not actually how I'm responding to it. Throughly enjoyed this podcast
