I loved the tata branded villa you toured. slowly i'm becoming a fan of managed spaces. Builder floors and these Localities are made and planned good and feels very POSH until you face the lack of infra while living (power, water woes). if Gurugram basic infra equates to as it is in Delhi ,Then i will rate DLF1/2 as good as punjabi-bagh, GK etc. rates are still going crazy high. what are your personal thoughts on this chetanji ? do you think it will improve soon or we will have to wait haha.

Rates for Punjabi Bagh and GK are still 2x of what we have in Gurgaon . But the power and water situation in Gurgaon is getting better for sure trust me on yhat

​@@realtorsnextdoor5913 Chalo i will trust you . i mean Delhi used to face these problems too 10 years back. given how young gurugram is and the rapidly growing , things might improve in next 3-4 years. The change that transformed delhi was privatization of power distribution. NDPL to TPDDL .
DHBVN to TPDDL & 24*7 Water supply will make prices go above south Delhi imo. But Haryana Govt. is letting us down :(
