Ok something as easy as putting the 20ml tape on the side is so brilliant lol I was abt to order this $30 one with diff tape slots! So glad I found your channel ❤😊
Soooo glad I found u!!!! I have the same oven as u and didn’t know what I was doing until I watched ur video… I used my tumbler press before and no matter what I did I had ghosting 🤦🏻♀️ stressful for sure… well After watching ur video I had PERFECT TUMBLERS!!!! No ghosting!!! THANK U!!!!!!! Stay crafty!
@@nikkifromnlc That is my problem. Especially on dark tumblers. So would you suggest buying both the oven and the tumbler press? What temperature was your press set at for the 30 seconds.
@@idahospudnut I have both. I've started leaning more towards using just the heat press however if you want a design to cover the top and bottom of the cup, the oven is the better choice. If you're OK with leaving a sliver of white at the top and bottom, the heat press is most efficient.
thanks for the straight to the point video!! what makes this a seamless design? the white overhang? is it hard to get the design to match up perfectly but not overlap at the seam?
It's trial and error to make sure you have your cup and print measurements exactly correct. The overlap just helps with taping the design to the cup. So long as you're cutting the design out straight, you shouldn't have an issue lining up the edges.
Absolutely Love this video... Getting started with Sublimation tumblers and love your quick video💖 Where do you purchase your 20 oz tumblers, I'm clueless and the store I went to wanted $15 for one so I know there is bound to be a cheaper supplier...Help Please🙏
What size did you use for the template? I have been trying to get it to leave a little white at the bottom without ghosting. Absolutely love this video wish you would make more.
Hi Judy! The size depends on the cup. I measure the cups from different vendors to see their height and circumference and print my designs at that size. I'll post a video soon on how to do that.
Hi Charlene - I no longer use the one in this video. I've since bought a few more and this is the one I'm currently using. It's by Craft Express. amzn.to/3XqUCYg
May I ask why ? I just ordered one from Amazon like the one in this vid :-( …. & may I ask if the temp u use in the oven u use for all ur cups no matter the design color
Yes. It should. What I did before I didn't have a press was about 3-4 minutes in of baking, I would take the cup out briefly and make sure the tape was secured down the seam of the cup and then put it back in the oven to complete the baking.
All tumblers need to be measured. I buy 8.5" x 11" paper but the design needs to be printed at the exact size of the cup. I have another video that shows how to size your design.
Hi! Every tumbler is different, especially if you frequently order from different vendors. I created a video on how to measure your cups. th-cam.com/video/HTcPtemoSvk/w-d-xo.html

Glad I could help! ❤️
Thank you so much!! I had tried everything but destroyed 8 tumblers. I used your method and each tumbler turned out beautiful 😍
Yay! I'm so happy I could help! ☺️
Leaving 1 side of the paper with the overlap part. Thank you.
I love this thank you for sharing 🎉
Just Curiois, if you have a mug press why wouldnt you sublimate the tumbler in there vs the oven?
This specific mug press doesn't work well with full coverage designs. The top and bottom fade.

Awesome thank you for sharing I love the way you make it look so easy getting that tape tightly down and no seam Awesome
It took practice. The more you do it, the faster it'll go.
This video was right on time. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching! :)
Where did you get that oven mat?
thanks for the straight to the point video!! what makes this a seamless design? the white overhang? is it hard to get the design to match up perfectly but not overlap at the seam?
Seamless means the two edges match up perfectly and the design flows all the way around. You can't tell where it begins and ends.
It's trial and error to make sure you have your cup and print measurements exactly correct. The overlap just helps with taping the design to the cup. So long as you're cutting the design out straight, you shouldn't have an issue lining up the edges.
What if you don't have a tumbler press?
What do you do your height and width for the paper
Beautiful
Thank you
@@NLCCreationsOfficial you’re welcome
Beautiful video. 😍
Love it!!!
Thank you! :)
If i could give this s 5 thumbs up i would this is a good video to look back on to follow. I almost got my seams to appear seamless.😊👍👍👍👍👍
Awesome! I'm glad this worked out for you. It's the best method I've found for myself and using an oven.
I need to tighten up on my taping skills.
Takes practice.
Can you link your oven please?
What was the temp on the tumbler press?
What temp is the cup press on
Wondering what kind of heat pad you are using in the oven? New at this
It's a silicone mat I purchased on Amazon. I just put it in the bottom so my cups don't sit directly on the metal.
Masking tape would help for the parts where the heating tape is rising.

Hi. I actually wholesale my tumblers from overseas. When I'm in a pinch, I order from makerflo.com or jpplus.com
Looks awesome! What sublimation paper do you use?
I use A-Sub 120g. The link is listed above in the description if you'd like to purchase.

@@NLCCreationsOfficial do u just buy files and print your own
If so do the files stay with u for as many prints as u want
@Holly Svandrlik I buy files and create some myself. Each website you purchase from will tell you what the rules are for using their files.

Why not use shrink wrap then you wouldn't have to use the press would you?? .
It's faster to use the press for 30 seconds than having to put on and take off the shrink wrap.
@@nikkifromnlc oh I just can't afford both ...
Ur oven looks like it can hold 3 cups
Yes. I usually cook up to 3 at a time depending on what I'm doing.
What if you don’t have a tumbler press? Will it still come out like this?
